About This Event

Native American flutes, crystal bowls, ancient gong, chimes, drums, and other instruments from the earth. A pillow, blanket, and yoga mat if you have it. Stephanie Addis and Kasi Kennedy lead the experience playing different sounds for cellular healing. Cacao will be served before we start the sound Immersion. Donations accepted for the Home of Hope Honey Badgers and the L.E.A.D. Agency. Several benefits include: Mental and Emotional Health: Stress and Anxiety Reduction: Sound therapy, such as binaural beats or gong baths, induces a state of deep relaxation, reducing stress, anxiety, and, in some cases, symptoms of depression. Improved Sleep: The calming frequencies help in addressing insomnia and promoting more restful, restorative sleep. Mood Improvement: It assists in clearing emotional blockages, reducing anger, and enhancing overall emotional balance. Enhanced Focus and Clarity: By promoting alpha and theta brainwave states, sound healing can improve concentration and mental clarity. Physical Health: Pain Relief: Vibrations from instruments like singing bowls can help alleviate physical pain, tension, and inflammation. Improved Circulation: Sound therapy is believed to increase blood flow and reduce muscle tension. Boosted Immunity: Reduced stress levels, combined with the calming effect on the nervous system. Lower Blood Pressure: Regular sessions can contribute to lower blood pressure and improved heart health.
